In my opinion the best money making investments is to build a hotel or hostel in a wonderful area with trees and flowers. The peoples love it. You can advertise through Google AdWords and you can make a website with more details ( place, phone , price ...)All rooms should be equipped with TV,minibar,air conditioning,internet access,international phone,bathroom,bath or shower and great view.Chambers price should not be very high but nor very low because people will think you do not have favorable conditions.Search for serious employees what will not steal or fool you.Never forget Advertising!As I said , Goolge Adwords will help you promote your business .Try to notice every little detail!Trying to capture people’s attention with simple things. Ex :put some pictures in rooms,harmonizes things,Try to create an aerodynamic appearance.If you really want to attract customers, you can build ’Floors below ground’ Where you cane build a bar with games room.
